Article I — Who this compact binds

The Hearth Compact governs every visit to Zenvora Traders and every purchase of HSN 1209 sowing seeds including vegetable, flower, herb, spice, forage, and fruit-seed packets for planting. Browsing the storefront, opening a Grower Pass, or completing a kiln stamp at checkout means you accept this manuscript.

Article III — What the kiln offers

Packets are sold as sowing-grade stock. Photographs show typical labelling; germination, colour, and harvest timing may vary by season and lot.

  • Prices appear in Indian Rupees (₹) for the pack size shown.
  • Seasonal aisles may thin during off-peak windows.
  • Declared weights and counts follow ordinary market tolerances for sowing seed.

Article IV — Who may buy

Checkout requires an email-verified Grower Pass. Purchasers must be eighteen years or older, or complete the stamp through a parent or guardian.

Article V — How a stamp is settled

  • An order stands confirmed once prepaid payment clears or COD is accepted on screen.
  • Accepted methods include UPI, cards, net banking, and COD where serviceable.
  • Any COD surcharge is shown before the kiln is stamped.

Article VI — Living stock

Sowing seeds are living material. Viability depends on storage, method, and climate. We ship in moisture-barrier foil but do not guarantee identical germination for every garden.

Article VII — Law of the hearth

These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts near our registered address in Surat, Gujarat.
